AMAZON SELLING: UNGATING PROCESS:
Amazon accepts our invoices for over 12 years.
However it is their website and they have control over who sells and what they sell.
We have noticed a trend where those ordering less than $200 have more difficulty in getting all products listed
If you intend to sell on Amazon you must put NEED AMAZON INVOICE WHEN CHECKING OUT.
This tells us to convert cases into units (which is not a concern to many of our retail store customers)
WE generally ship in 3-5 business days after order is placed.
Invoice will be emailed the day your order is shipped.

NEWSLETTERS ARE SENT WEEKLY TO BUYERS AND THOSE SIGNED UP ONLINE.

NON US-Buyers (residing outside the United States must provide proof they are in business and submit a picture ID as well). You also need a ship to address as well.
NON-Profits need to verify their non-profit status with a 501C form.
Items cancelled and returned to inventory before shipping will be charged 25% restocking fee.
Items that receive authorization for a return are also subject to 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.
WE DO NOT TAKE BACK OR ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS or RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
If you send back items without authorization it will be subject to 0% return fee.
WE DO NOT SELL on Amazon/Ebay. We ARE NOT your competition.
WE ship all packages via UPS ground.

UNGATING FOR NEW BUYERS ONLY
If you intend to sell on Amazon and want to be ungated in a brand or category do the following:
1: Order a minimum $500 of assorted brands on our website. All items cannot be cancelled unless not accepted by Amazon.
2: Put NEED INVOICE FOR UNGATING in the comment section when checking out.
3: We will remove the items from inventory.
4: We will issue you a PAID invoice with units purchased.
5: You will send the invoice we email to Amazon.
6: You will wait up to 1 – 4 weeks for Amazon to get back to you.
7: You will forward all emails from Amazon to us WITHIN 24 HOURS. Failure to do so will void this agreement.
ITEMS UNGATED – FBA PREP.
1: YOU will send us the FNSKU stickers in format (30/page) by email to sales@empirediscount.net
A: We charge $0.25/label.
B: $6.00 for all Amazon approved shipping boxes we use
(multiple units will be put in Amazon approved boxes when repacked for Amazon)
C: $0.10 to sort and repack into an Amazon SKU.
D: Payment for FBA PREP is made by credit card (form will be emailed) or Paypal.
3: Once order is labeled and packed you will receive final weight/box dimensions.
4: You will then purchase a UPS label with tracking from your Amazon FBA account.
A:FREE SHIPPING TO AMAZON IS NOT AVAILBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM
B:USE our address as ship from to get Amazon’s Low rate.
5: You will email that label to sales@empirediscount.net
6: We will put the label on FREE OF CHARGE and ship it to Amazon FBA designated by Amazon.
IF AMAZON DOES NOT UNGATE REGARDLESS OF THE REASON:
1: YOU will send the email to sales@empirediscount.net
2: We will offer other avenues of ungating. There are more than one.
3: We will refund the amount spent less our restocking fee if Amazon does not ungate you.
(remember removing items from inventory takes it away from others already ungated)
NOTE: WE HAVE NO CONTROL for Amazon’s decisions as each seller is treated differently.
This program has been found useful for new sellers who:
1: Reside outside the United States
2: Have been knocked off Amazon for reasons only know to the buyer.
3: Need a guarantee that the item they purchase can move them forward with Amazon.
All QUESTIONS MUST BE ASKED AND ANSWERED BEFORE TAKING PART IN THIS PROGRAM.
