We ship internationally and throughout the entire United States (Including Hawaii and Alaska) to orders with verified credit cards that show Ship to and Bill to as the same address. If shipping to a different address you will be contacted or, for faster service, you should call us ahead of time so your order is not delayed.
To help keep your shipping costs to a minimum we will bundle two or more of the same size boxes. If different boxes are ordered, we will put smaller boxes into a larger one so you are NOT charged UPS on every box.
It is worth noting that those ordering in larger amounts of $1000 or more are generally
paying less overall for shipping to one location.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can still be done economically through the USPS Parcel Post service.
Note: UPS rates for online orders are calculated online for small orders. Orders in the $400 plus category may not be calculated due to UPS weight restrictions per box. Not to worry, as for the most part these orders can be shipped in bulk saving you additional UPS costs.
UPS rates calculated online do NOT take into consideration: fuel surcharges, residential deliveries or deliveries by a third party carriers which UPS sometimes will use.
However, the online UPS calculator does provide a fairly accurate shipping rate. If for some reason you do not like what you see then by all means call us.
International Shipping:
If you have a freight consolidator or freight broker in the United States make sure you enter their name and contact number in the SHIP TO: portion of your order when checking out. We will need to contact them when your order is to ship.
If your order is to be shipped by AIR then go to USPS.com and follow the instructions for determining the International Priority Rate---(DO NOT USE Priority Mail FLAT RATE BOX Rate ---this size is to small for toys.) for your country. By adding the weight of your items you will get an idea of what you can expect to pay when shipping by AIR.
There is also a box size restriction so figure 20-25 pounds per box.
If you like the USPS International Priority Rate for your intended order than go back and place your order online. Email us what you believe your rate may be along with your order. We will than pack your order and email you with an estimated total. If these rates are close then you can email confirmation that we should ship your order.
To qualify for less expensive ocean rates you should obtain an order level of $1500 or more.
If you need a freight forwarder that ships to your country email us and we will try to help you. But for the most part you probably can contact someone in your country who knows how to move product from New York to your doorstep….as that is what they get paid to do.
For serious newcomers we may be able to put aside paid merchandise for a month or so before shipping.
