AMAZON SELLING & THE UNGATING PROCESS:
Amazon has been accepting our invoices for over 12 years.
However it is their website and they have control over who sells, when they can sell and what they sell. If Amazon has enough stock of an item and DO NOT NEED MORE OF AN ITEM YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LIST THE ITEM at the time you purchase. This changes daily. This is probably the reason why they allow invoices dated 6 months after purchase to be submitted for ungating.

If you intend to sell on Amazon you must put NEED AMAZON INVOICE WHEN CHECKING OUT. Your invoice will be emailed the day your order ships.
This tells us to convert cases into units (which is not a concern to many of our retail store customers)

Follow Amazon guidelines. Make sure you order 10 units of each item. WE generally ship in 3-5 business days after order is placed.

NEWSLETTERS ARE SENT WEEKLY TO BUYERS AND THOSE SIGNED UP ONLINE. UPC and Asin numbers are generally provided on each product newsletter and ON OUR WEBSITE.

MAP – NEW SELLERS Position your product 5% above the BUY BOX. Allow those already online to sell through.

NON US-Buyers (residing outside the United States must provide proof they are in business and submit a picture ID as well) You also need a ship to address as well.

ALL CLAIMS and or shortages need to be reported within 5 days after delivery. No exceptions. Items cancelled and returned to inventory before shipping will be charged 25% restocking fee. No other returns are accepted.

UNGATING - GUARANTEE FOR NEW BUYERS.
If you intend to sell on Amazon and want to be guaranteed that you can sell the items purchased ahead of time do the following:
1: Find a minimum of $600 of assorted brands on our website. 4-10 different items. Minimum 10 units per item.
These items cannot be cancelled unless not accepted by Amazon.
(PUT items in your cart - copy cart and email it to sales@empirediscount.net for review BEFORE ordering.

ORDERS PLACED ONLINE before review and receiving acceptance by EMPIRE DISCOUNT are not part of this program.)
2: ORDERS WILL BE REVIEW FOR ACCEPTANCE. IF accepted you will be notified within 24 hours.
3: We will remove the items from our inventory so others cannot purchase.
4: We will issue you a PAID invoice with units purchased.
5: You will send the invoice we email to Amazon.
6: You will wait up to 1 – 2 weeks for Amazon to get back to you.
7: You will forward all emails from Amazon to us especially if they do not allow you sell an item.
ITEMS UNGATED – FBA PREP.
1: YOU will send us the FNSKU/BARCODE stickers in format (30/page – 1 inch x 2 5/8 inch) by email to sales@empirediscount.net
A: We charge $0.25/label.
B: $6.00 for all Amazon approved shipping boxes we use
(multiple units will be put in Amazon approved boxes when repacked for Amazon)
C: $0.10 to sort and repack into an Amazon SKU if needed.
D: Payment for FBA PREP is made by credit card (form will be emailed) or Paypal.
3: Once order is labeled and packed you will receive final weight/box dimensions.
4: You will then purchase a UPS label with tracking from your Amazon FBA account.
Using our address as ship from to get Amazon’s Lowest rate.
5: You will email that label to sales@empirediscount.net
6: We will put the label on FREE OF CHARGE and ship it to Amazon FBA designated by Amazon.
IF AMAZON DOES NOT UNGATE REGARDLESS OF THE REASON.
1: YOU will send the email to sales@empirediscount.net
2: You will be required to take additional units of approved items to use dollars spent or we can refund the amount spent less 25% restocking fee
(remember removing items from inventory takes it away from others already ungated)
NOTE: WE HAVE NO CONTROL for Amazon’s decisions as each seller is treated differently.
This program has been found useful for new sellers who:
1: Reside outside the United States
2: Have been knocked off Amazon for reasons only know to the buyer.
3: Need a guarantee that the item they purchase can move them forward with Amazon.
All QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ASKED AND ANSWERED BEFORE TAKING PART IN THIS PROGRAM.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE those purchasing products outside this program will be ungated. We Do NOT take back items you cannot get ungated. It will be up to you to find alternative markets. We cannot help you if Amazon requests a letter of authorization from our vendors under any circumstances. We also cannot interject on your behalf with Amazon outside of providing copies of your invoice.
