We only charge for items shipped. If an item is backordered, we do not charge for it until it ships. If not shipped in 10-14 days we generally cancel it automatically.

Shipping: Domestic UPS rates are calculated before you click on check out. If shipping does not show that means your order is more than the amount of weight that can fit into one box. Once we receive your order someone will contact you with an estimate of shipping as well as what is still available to be shipped.

We update our online catalog daily. However sometimes items that show up on your final order are not received. That means you ordered an item before we had the chance to remove it.
